What we're gonna eat at A Day of Inspiration

The fabulous homemade fare found at The Perogy Pantry in Oak Lake, MB will be showcased in the Exhibitor Hall during the lunch break at A Day of Inspiration on Monday, May 26th in Brandon.

Yuuuuuummmmmmmy. Here's my advice: Wear comfortable clothing.

Perogies are a staple in my freezer and I've never tasted a better one, than found at The Perogy Pantry. They offer many different varieties of Perogies: ......potato/dill.....sauerkraut.....potato/onion/dill.....cheddar....cottage cheese.....etc.....so it was hard to choose what to order for everyone.

I settled on the ooey-gooey goodness of the Classic Cheddar Variety and encourage you all to bring your wallets to purchase some frozen items to take home. I'm hopeful that The Perogy Pantry will bring some of their frozen goods so that everyone has the chance to take some "homemade goodness" home.

So.....in addition to the homemade perogies, there'll be specialty-sausages made by the Birtle Abattoir and homemade coleslaw during the buffet-style lunch. The sausages made by the Birtle Abattoir are second-to-none!

A feast fit for Kings, I say!

Each group or individual that has registered before May 20th will receive vouchers to present at meal times.

It looks like there'll be some homemade bannock for sale throughout the event as well as plenty of fruit, water and other beverages.
